LYRICS:

VERSE

Look behind the wall

Catch it creeping behind you

The force that runs it all

Chaos, mercy and good truth

I never wanted to wait

Searching, hoping for something

A simple twist of fate

Yearning, hanging on a string

CHORUS

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time

VERSE

Walking on the ledge

Balanced, tilting, correcting

Looking off the edge

Miles downward, expecting

I look inside of the dark

Founded blacker than the night

I looked inside of my heart

Bound it, locked in the good light

CHORUS

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time

BRIDGE

Help me now, help me now

I’m running out of time

x8

CHORUS

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time

Why do I always do this to myself to myself?

Wait till we're running out of time
